5 or more copies @ less 40%

SIGNED/LIMITED prepaid order:

$4.00 on first book
$1.00 for each additional book, shipped via Media Mail

If insurance is desired please calculate sum and include, noting on order that insurance and/or other postal services are desired.

PAST PYGMALION prepaid orders:

$15.00 for first book
$5.00 for each additional book

Book will be shipped via insured mail.
