$3.00 on first book; $1.00 for each additional book, shipped via Media Mail; if insurance is desired please calculate sum and include, noting on order that insurance and/or other postal services are desired.

Postage on prepaid orders to the trade (booksellers and other retailers) for Past Pygmalion:

$15.00 for first book, $5.00 for each additional book. Book will be shipped via insured mail.
